Motherboard: MSI B150 Bazooka Plus
RAM: 8 GB DDR 4 2133mhz
PSU: 600W
Operating System & Version: Windows 10 Home
GPU Drivers: 376.09
Description of Problem: FPS in games is very poor here are some examples:
30 FPS GTA V (High) 100 FPS CSGO Doesn't Matter what setting FPS doesn't change 50 to 70 FPS fluctuates H1Z1:King of Kill
Troubleshooting: I have tried to reinstall the drivers (Via clean install) the issue still happens.

Does the same thing happens with integrated gpu?

What are your usage/temps?

CPU 2:  46C / Load 82%
CPU 3:  41C / Load 92%
CPU 4:  40C / Load 89%

GPU :31C
GPU Load: 81%

Honestly, you're only missing about 20% or so of your performance as I can see it...  And I'd suggest a clean install of Windows.  It MIGHT be limited by power delivery.

8GB - and Paging it is enabled - i think the HD is crap
