CS:GO FPS

I was just wondering if CS:GO was a CPU or GPU intensive game. If it uses both but which do you think will require a better one of. Also, will these specs work well(like 60+ fps) with CS:GO?

Core 2 Quad Q6600

nVidia Geforce GT 630

4GB DDR2 RAM

Perhaps 70fps range? Im not quite sure. But the gpu might be a bit slow. I know I said its cpu bound but in this case gpu might slow you down
