PC keeps freezing

so, i build a new computer, because the old one kept freezing! 

Now this one does it too! 

All of the sudden, it freezes and makes the speakers buzz like hell! It was exactly the same thing, my old pc did! 

The oldest parts is from Feb, this year. 

Asus P8Z77-V LK

Msi 670 ref

3770k @ stock

16 GB of Kingston HyperX Beast 2400 MHz @1600 or 1333

2x1TB WD Green

 

Keep in mind, that the HDD's is about 6 years old, and is the only things that was in my old build. 

This have happened almost only, when playing LoL AND talking on skype.. Mostly around 2 am... But it have happened once, outside of a game, when it was idelling..

 

Please help me!

PSU: Corsair TX 650, one month old. 
I can't test with any other harddrives, as i don't have any, but planing to get an 840 EVO around christmas

Did the old computer always freeze? Also have you slowly upgraded over past few months or did build it in February?

Could be hdd going bad. I had similliar problem long time ago. Changed pretty much everything else until someone noted that it could be bad sector in hdd. And since thats only piece you haven't changed, I could almost bet on that being reason.

Like LoGiCalDrm, I experienced that kind of problem on my hdd too. Check your hdd's health by using tools like HDtune.

I upgraded PSU and GPU in Feb, and the rest in July. I just started doing this a couple of weeks ago!

I'll test my HDD's with HDTune shortly.

then its probably your hard drive dying causing the freezes.
