If it has 8GB RAM paired with it and no dedicated GPU can the Intel I5 2410m , 2520m , 2540m play LOW 720p30FPS GTA 5?

Not at all. With that gpu it can't even run it at 600p 30Hz, it is unplayable with that.

And here they say they got 7.5fps average on the benchmark at 768p lowest settings.

The video @deXxterlab97 posted must have a dgpu and the igpu or some sort of mod to get it to run at a more consistent framerate that isn't consistent with what it normally gets.

Couldit atleast get 10 FPS in original DOOM? I am not sure, its kinda intense
