Did the computer reset?

If yes then it's the hard drive trying to find an OS

If it didn't restart then it's the GPU.

it froze up and the controller i was using kept vibrating so I force shut it down because it wouldnt respond to ctrl alt del or any of that

Try installing linux on another hard drive and booting up from that just to see if its a drive failure or other hardware...

Try restarting it.

If the problem still persist then clear the cmos.

If still persist it could be a storage problem because the System having a trouble when reading the hard drives/ssd/fdd.

Try unplug anything one by one to identify the hdd/ssd/fdd that causing trouble.

Check the main tab u should see ur ssd there or boot option.

If still didnt showed up change the Raid/ide to ahci.

Though i think even its in IDE mode it will detect the SSD.

yeah no it doesn't show, I switched it around on the motherboardas well with new cables and no show.
