Surface Pro 3 - Win. 10 Boot Loop

Hi,

 

We have an employee at work who's surface has gone kapoot.

 

It keeps booting into recovery mode but does nothing.

 

Can anybody shed any light?

It sounds like the motherboard has died.

Did you try booting to a USB flash drive with Windows 8/10 (which ever you have now), and doing an upgrade, and hope it fixes the problem?

 

Did you try restoring the Surface Pro 3 to its original state (all data will be lost)?

Thanks, we just left it to run out of juice, then charged it back up and it worked!? We're now wipping it and resintalling windows just to be on the safe side
