Well, you have no PCI-e slot for a graphics card and that board only supports up to third-gen i5. There isn't anything you can do.

Technically your computer now meets the minimum requirements, but if you want something better first you will need a new motherboard with a pcie slot to handle a dedicated gpu. Most likely a better cpu unless you have at least an i3/i5 in it, but even still those are only dual cores in that. 8gb of ram, and a gpu like a rx 460 or a gtx 1050, as well as most likely a new case and psu to handle the beefier gpu. At that point you are looking at basically a new computer.
