This is my first time doing CPU OC, in a nutshell I managed to get my i5 6600k running at 4.6 GHz with a bckl of 100MHz 1.280v. After doing 4 hours with realbench and 2 with prime 95 the system is perfectly fine maxing out at 56°C. However, when I play some games, even though the CPU doesn't even hit 60% utilization I get a blue screen of death with "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" after about 40mins. If I turn down the OC to 4.5GHZ everything is nice and dandy (2 hours realbench and prime and 8+ hours gaming). I know I should do longer validations but still doesn't seem normal. Any ideas of what I did wrong? Thanks in advance.

Did you try upping the voltage? I wouldn't go too much higher though.

I haven't, I'm not exactly sure of how much is still safe. I'll do some research and try it tomorrow.
