Which is better?

Hi I'm building a gaming PC soon which will be used for games like Space engineers and Cities skylines (Actually I'm starting to get bored of the gameplay so probably not CS but thats not important)

 

Obviously I need a new monitor for my PC, so which of these two is better?

I would say number 1 as it has a better responce time and is larger so unless you are doing video/photo editing i would get the 1st definitely
