YouTube is soooo slow ><

Recently I have not been able to watch 720p YouTube videos without having to wait every 10 seconds or so for them to buffer. Other websites, on the other hand, load just as quickly as usual. Is this a problem everyone is experiencing lately, or is it just me? If so, how do I fix this?

I woke up this morning and every time i switch my video quality manually the thing will not buffer, so only if i resize the video it may or may not change quality, tried html5 and flash youtube setting, none worked ( FIrefox )

 

Than again i tested this in Opera, and all was well, i had problems with the forum with firefox, and since i switched to Opera, all is well, might be just temporary...

There are so many factors that could be influencing this, it could be anything from heavy traffic on Plusnets network, heavy traffic on your network (i.e. someone else downloading) or youtube just generally running slow for some reason or another. It could even be all three hehe.

I don't have any images, or even the logo on any of computers, so you might be lucky with it just slow.

Having the same issues.... Can't watch a thing with 720p

It has been slow for me. I know my ISP does not throttle because I have Plusnet.

 

Really? I have plusnet unlimited. No problems. Average 80-120GB a month. Stream heavily and also downloading.

 

Never noticed them throttle. YouTube loads fine for me (720p real time, 8mbps(rated)/~850kb/s(real)). :/

I hate the one they just did not that long ago where it asks you which account you want to use.

 

Like for me it's if I want to use tmcclelland47 (my actual YouTube account) or tmcclelland455@gmail.com (my email/G+ account) I wish there was a way to make it automatically sign in to a specified one. -_- But alas, there is not such an option. That I know of, ;)

I hate how they made it so you can make the video player 720P size when watching HD video then the next day it was back to normal size. Like cmon guys i want to see all the pixels without going full screen sometimes.
