Windows 10 restart loop

On my Samsung 850 pro 128gb, I am unable to boot up from the SSD, all it does is it posts into bios, and restarts in one big loop. All I did was hit reset my PC in the start menu since my computer was not working well. I grabbed my brothers SSD, and I am able to boot up from there.
