Budget keyboard and mouse

So I have some cheap mouse and keyboard that I salvaged when I built my current pc.

Im looking for something that is acceptable quality, doesnt look too stereotypically gamer. Also Id like to have the extra button on the side of the mouse. For no more than $80.

Its a gift suggestion so I dont want to be rude and suggest something thats 85 when the limit is 80.

 

I know its quite specific for a rather low price but Im just setting out feelers to see if there are any hidden gems on the market.

Well the Logitech G403 wired is on sale at a bunch of places for ~35USD right now. I imagine some similar style models w/o RGB are similarly priced. 

• Was the $80 just for the mouse or a keyboard as well?
• Do you want RGB on the peripherals?
• What sized keyboard do you want?
