2 in 1/ Portable

Im looking for a bang for the buck 2 in 1/ portable laptop. Not planning on gaming on it, although I will put some pokemon roms on it.

google chrome has a Gameboy emulator so that's not gonna ne a problem. 2 in 1 being one where the keyboard comes off and its a tablet or one where you just fold it back? Lastly budget?

I dont care if the keyboard comes off or folds, as long as its portable. Under 400 preferably
