Sennheiser PC 350SE

I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser PC 350 and I was wondering if a sound card or amp is needed for it considering they are 150ohms.

My MOBO is a MSI H97 Guard Pro and some people are saying its fine for 150 ohm use.

Or would they sound "tinny"?

 

I'm not really too educated on ohms and resistance in headphones so any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: My audio on my mother board is the Realtek ALC892
