Need help making an animated wallpaper for HTC one

So i found these cool animated wallpapers on the battlefield website :http://www.battlefield.com/au/battlefield-4/bootcamp and the one i want is here http://www.battlefield.com/au/battlefield-4/bootcamp/multiplayer i dont know if this is possible but if it is then any help would be appreciated :)
