R9 fury or gtx 1060 or wait for gtx 1070

ztdz800

As the title says I don't know which one to buy between those two the price is the same, maybe the 1060 is a little more expensive I'm from Mexico so prices here may not be the same or should I wait more to buy a 1070 but if I do that I wouldn't be able to buy anything else I was planning to buy a 480gb ssd so what would you do
PD: I have a r9 380 at the moment

PD: Keep in mind i play at 1080p 60fps

My overclocked Fury scores stock GTX 1070 scores in 3DMark FireStrike. It's a faster card than a GTX 1060, and if it's cheaper - you should get it immediately. Some GPU samples can have disabled shaders unlocked to a full Fury X chip.

The R9 Fury is a pretty amazing deal for $6300

You won't find 6GB 1060s for much less than that. Cheapest is $6000. And the Fury is a good 15% faster than a 1060, good enough for gaming in 1440p. I'd grab one of those in a pinch.

Isn't R9 380 pretty solid for 1080p gaming?

It's about as good as a 1050 Ti. It's solid, but it's no R9 Fury.

It's actually 8% faster in 1080p, 15% faster in 1440, and 23% faster in 4K. According to TPU's last test on the MSI 1070 Quicksilver OC review
