I want to add a Radeon R5 230 graphic card to a HP dc7700 (stock). Will the 240w power supply be enough power?  ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125841&cm_re=r5_230-_-14-125-841-_-Product ) this is the graphics card. I'm aware it recommends 400w
