New Gaming/Streaming/Recording/Editing PC

Hey i am looking to build a new PC which i am going to be using for everything (e.g. Gaming/Streaming/Recording/Editing), I have an unlimited Budget but i do not want to spend more than i need to. I just need something that will run every game without lag while Recording and/or streaming. Please give me your ideas on what parts i should use thanks in advance

H1Z1, Arma 3, CSGO, Rainbow Six Siege. These Games and maybe a couple of others.

That Build looks Nice thank you and also i have an Unlimited Budget but i only want to spend what is necessary for a smooth performance. Also my colour scheme is Blue and Black.

If this is out of your budget simply downgrade to a i7 6700k and a z170x designare
