Changing NPC Names?

There Are No Spoilers In This Comment

So im playing Dishonored 2 and one of the characters (a NPC) you see often look exactly like my roommate (who from time to time will just watch, idk why, they just do). So my question is, is there a way to go into the game files and change the persons name so that it says a different name? (such as changing it to my roommates name as a joke).
