Black Friday Laptop?

Hey guys, looking to get a cheap laptop to play DVDs for my mom. Hoping to find one under $250, anyone got any ideas?

 

Ideally i'd like it to be fast for web browsing but also lightweight (maybe get a cheap thin laptop and add an external DVD player?)

Now I don't know if this is the best deal or not... but I feel on this (if you are in the US):

Signature Editions, means that Microsoft made a deal with the manufacture where they ask the system manufacture to be junk free (minute the stuff that comes natively with Windows 10, and the manufacture own software, which may or may not be junk) in exchange of paying the money that they get from the advertisement software (basically, you should not have trial version of some A/V and whatever similar crap)
