Looking for any tips, and a good case for cooling thats silent! for under $100 preferably.
Also if you guys know any cheaper prices to buy the parts from feel free to add it, I live in Canada though.

 

Primarily gonna be streaming and playing League of Legends tbh, But I also want to be able to run games

like battlefront, counter strike and diablo etc.. I've always had bad fps and quality which is why I stayed away from PC gaming
always low fps on my crummy laptops.
