my specs are gtx 1060, amd fx 8320, 8 gb ddr3, 1 tb 7200 rpm hdd, and windows 10. how many fps and settings would it run at in gta v (1080p 60 hz)

You will play it just fine max settings.

Leave all Advanced settings off and you'll be fine.
