Skyrim Special Edition Mods

Seen as Skyrim special edition has the Bethesda modding market thing where you can do it easy, i'm curious to what is better, manual modding via Nexus mods or Via skyrim, i'm downloading graphics mods ect

I'm a bit of n00b with this, i used nexus for the older version of skyrim and had a good time, when i tried using the market on Fallout 4 it disabled all my manually installed mods, i was thinking of downloading some mods via skyrim and then an ENB via nexus, would the ENB disable all my easily installed mods? i can't even remember how to install an ENB

It shouldn't I have plenty of manually installed mods an Fallout 4 and I also use Nexus. ENB should be fine with Nexus.
