will overclocking help me?

my computer currently has a amd a8 7670k in it with no dedicated graphics. im thinkin foo putting a rx 460 in it, ro a gtx 1050ti. but will overclocking my cpu more will help. (its at 4ghz allready) or will it do fine with games at 4ghz and with a new gpu?

well i read that at stock speeds it wont run forza horizon 3 even with a new gpu, but will it run it fine at 4ghz?

overclocking your memory helps a lot on apu's the higher the speed the better

yes, its at the higest frequency i managed to get: 2133mhz, but im probably gonna put a dedicated gpu in(if i dont buy a dirtbike first)

ok. have you tried overclocking the gpu part of the apu as well?

i have messed around in the bios but i havent managed to do that yet. i have a asus a68hm-plus

ok. you can normally get 10-15% more out of the graphics bit
