CPU Heat Problem

Hello Everybody. I've had my CPU and GPU watercooled for around 6 months now, no problems at all. But in the last couple of days my CPU Temp has been shooting up to around 70C not under load. MY GPU temp is normal though, and the water temp is around what it usually is too. What could it be? A bubble in the CPU block? How do I fix it?

Have you tried to replace the cooler and the thermal paste yet?

around to force out any bubbles

I will try tipping the case now. I would change the thermal paste, but I don't have any in. I will have to get some if this doesn't fix it.

As in, don't have any to replace it. There is thermal paste in my computer. That's my Yorkshire accent coming through my writing. Haha. I have fixed it now. Must have just been a bubble.

May I just ask what CPU are your using, what voltages and overclock (if any). And what temps you get
