Is there a way to increase Disk Write Cache in Windows?

Like the title says, does anyone know a way to increase the size of the cache/buffer in Windows of the Disk Write Cache?  I assume it is some generic % based on your quantity of RAM in the system, but I would like to increase the seize of this.  Mostly for transferring larger files over my local network.  The systems have plenty of RAM, and more can be acquired if need be.

I have looked in a lot of places, and I can't find any info on how to increase the size in a way that actually works.
