When i turn the PC on it goes on an "on - off" loop.

I will go on and spin the fans and within a second or so it wil go off and do all of this over again.

He did it before but it randomly stopped doing it but now it happens again..

Anybody knows how to fix this?

Also have a good day! :)

Remove motherboard from chassis, put it on a non conductive surface, remove all the peripherals, clean with a brush from dust etc, see if it does the same thing. It can be caused by shorts.
Then check all the capacitors, test the PSU, etc.
If it starts, plug peripherals one by one, and try booting the computer.

While i was writing... I tought, isn't it a BSOD, right?
Check if it is caused by BSOD. Disable reboot on BSOD

Sounds like a dying PSU to me. Would the system work without a discrete GPU in it? If it boots up just fine on onboard graphics then you can probably assume your PSU is dead.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
