Cheap CPU should I get?

So I'm building a gaming pc (Space engineers and Cities skylines) and I might be doing some photo/video editing.

 

So here is my current setup http://pcpartpicker.com/list/zKhGnn

 

Now I was looking through Neweggs daily deals, and I found a Intel i5-6600K for $220 dollars (Compared to the $205 dollar Intel i5 6500 I will be using)

 

Should I spend the extra $15 on it? The reason I don't want to is because whats the point of getting a K processor  if I don't have a Z motherboard? Because if I have to end up spending a extra $50 for the Z motherboard + $20-50 more for cooling, I don't think its worth it, but still I need your guys opinions
