NVidia Holiday Bundle - Where to get?

Hey guys,

 

I'm planning on buying a GTX 770, but I can't find any retailers who offer the "Holiday Bundle" (AC: Black Flag, Splinter Cell, Batman + 100$ off Shield).

 

I've looked at NVidia's announcing page, but the link at the bottom of the page "e-tailers" doesn't work :/

BTW: Does AMD currently have a bundle for their R9 series?

 

Any ideas?

I would wait until Black Friday/Thanksgiving/holiday sales and a price drop to buy a gpu. I'm pretty sure it's coming soon.

AMD will probably not start Never Settle with the 200 series for a month or two. The old one expires on Dec. 31st, but I don't think they will wait THAT long.
