Bluetooth peripheral drivers help

I've been tearing my hair out at not being able to find a Bluetooth peripheral driver for Windows 7 64bit.

I got the dongle driver and it installed just fine, picks up my headphones just fine (Velodyne Bluetooth headphones, no driver) but I just keep getting these,

I've tried every driver I could find through a search engine and none did a thing.

I know there HAS to be a solution, something I'm not finding on my own.

 

Please help me you guys, I don't want my first pair of wireless headphones to be useless.

 

 

 

Edit: It's not a laptop, so Windows Mobility Center doesn't work. Already tried it for shits and giggles.
