need help ! G933 stopped working

hello ! for some reason, I can't get my headphones to work, they were plugged in and had battery, but now they won't work, no led's light up, nothing happens. what can I do ?

I alredy tried hardware reseting the device and updating firmware, nothing works.

most things have either 30 days or 1 year. rarely 3, hell, my msi gs70 has just 2.
