What does the SSD do other than start it up faster and what cheaper cooler should I go with if I drop the h100, because the cpu doesn't come with a cooler.

not just start it up faster, hdds can be a huge bottleneck and make ur entire pc experience slow, especially through windows itself and even games these days wont run proper on a normal hdd ( extreme long load times/stutter/texture popins ect ect )

id drop the aio water cooler and go for a hyper 212 evo or something in that range. trust me those things work fantastic for the price. with that money saved i would no doubt get a 250 gb ssd as a boot drive and to store some of your favorite content. and if you have the means, that monitor has retailed for under $220, so i would wait until that's available again. but i like it otherwise.

@deXxterlab97 Right now I mainly play CSGO, but I am going to be playing lots of battlefield 1 and some Division when I get this pc.

Then I would try for a 1070.

1060 gets 30 fps minimum (which is fine) but a 1070 can get near constant 60fps on division. CS GO is fine with a 1060

division 19x10 fps
