Accidentally overclocked my gpu

Go to solution Solved by Litargirio,
  1. Boot in safe mode
  2. Uninstall Afterburner (and delete all settings)
  3. Reboot

so i used msi afterburner to slightly overclock my gpu to about a hundred mhz (i dont really know what that means but a forum said it was safe) but when i was closing afterburner it slided all th way up to 1000 mhz and now unless i remove my gpu the computer will just shutdown shortly after startup. i have a 64-bit windows 10 home edition,  a nvidia geforce gtx 650ti, my cpu is an intel core i5-4440, an asus z97-p, a master cooler 500w power supply model number: rs-500-acab-m3, and a ballistix sports ddr3 which model numer i don`t know since i am writing this on my computer and cant really rip it out (sorry). i cant remember the bios version (sorry). utorrent, infinit, skype, spotify. no error message.
