PC uses wrong GPU

I have two gpus, a 960m and a 1060 6gb

some games such as doom use the 1060 6gb

most use the 960m and run pretty poor

if i turn off the 960m the games start using the integrated graphics, if i turn that off they just use something even worse

allot of guides say to go to nvidia control panel and choose "high performance NVIDIA processor" but how do you choose which processor? there are two of them?!
