Nothing after boot screen

I just got this thing plug it in and test it goes to a boot screen and says that the bios is "something" I only saw it once and can't reproduce it. Also now it boots but it would take let me get to bios menu I mash the delete button and all other buttons prompted on the screen yet nothing happens s. Any ideas?

Usually this symptom means you have a bad storage device or a bad cable. Try unplugging all your drives, ODD and all USB storage devices included, from the motherboard. Then plug them back in one by one to weed out the culprit. It can also be just any USB device since USB is also initialized after you get the post screen.
