Hey there,

I hate to annoy you guys with this, but it really gets me that I am unable to give my money to LMG over the forum.

In Germany PayPal doesn't allow the kind of subscription you are using, Patreon isn't a problem though. Maybe you could change the subscription settings or just add a single payment 1 year version :)

If it is more work for you guys, just make it more expensive.

Kinda a thread already

But I do agree on the subject. I suggested it too when monthly contributor levels were introduced. I'm still not too keen about the auto-renewals I'm currently using for FPC and Tested Premium. Thank God Photobucket doesn't have it while I am renewing it anyway. But as auto-renewal isn't so common in Europe, we aren't used to such billing model. Or its not only option. There must always be option to select between long-term or short-term billing plans with short-term auto-terminating if not manually renewed. I really would hope LMG could give us such option.

Yeah, it would really mean a lot to me... Not because of the early access or the uncompressed downloads, but because I want to support creators I like and 1 YT doesn't monetise views too much and 2 because I do not like ad sense...

Yea that's probably one of the biggest reasons why I'm hesitant to contribute because it does make it seem like I'm going to be locked in to auto-renewal for life. If telecommunication companies here in Canada did that, the entire country would be up in arms. I seriously can't figure out why LMG would not give a manual renewal option.

Oh, well it's not listed anywhere so how is any new member supposed to know by just viewing the store?

You could always sub to the Twitch channel until there is a different payment method.

That's still monthly subscription with auto-renewal until cancelled. Its no different than what forum supporting or floatplane is.

Yeah but it isn't PayPal.

I haven't used it myself. What payment style they are using? CC?

Ok, I've now checked Twitch contribution. It really is same thing as with forum. Except you have move payment options. Like CC, Skrill and direct bank transfers. But it will still auto-renew unless you cancel it. So in that sense its no different. It still isn't one-time-pay without any renewal.
