Ram problem

hello,

i bought a new pc and after a week it started to give me a ram problem.

i have 16 gb of ram and windows 10 knows that i have 16 but when i look in the task manager it shows that i'm using all of my ram even tho i'm only using a small portion of it.

when i restart my pc the ram usage becomes normal again but comes back up after a while.

dose any one know how can i solve this?

If you have a msi motherboard it can disable stuffs automatically
