Laptop Ram Upgrade Help

So hi guys im thinking of upgrading my Laptops Ram... i have a 1333 Mhz Laptop ram. buy i can't seem to find the same Frequency on the Store.



i have 2 choices which i don't know if its ok because they don't match my Laptops Frequency, is there a disadvantage if i use this type of memory that doesn't match my Laptop's Frequency ?

There shouldn't be a problem. The 1600 ram will just run at  1066
