Peripherals Not Working

Hello, I have a pc with the following specs:

Msi h110-vm

beQuiet pure wings 2

AeroCool 500w psu

 

I don't have ram or processor yet.

 

I have a strip of USB rgb leds no they work fine.

 

My mouse and keyboard's lighting is not working, yet works on my laptop.

Please can you help me.
