Want z170 mATX Motherboard advice

Hi guys,

 

I had made a post asking for motherboard suggestion for 6700k in the New Builds and Planning section but seems no one answer it.

Long story short. There are only 5 MATX motherboard available in my area

• ASUS Z170M-PLUS Z170 (seems only have 4 USB in rear IO???)
• ASUS MAXIMUS VIII GENE Z170 (very expensive)
• GIGABYTE GA-Z170M-D3H (just not familiar, cheapest in some store)
• ASRock Z170M Pro4 Z170 (just not familiar, cheapest in some store)
• MSI Z170M MORTAR Z170 (currently using an MSI one but this seems not having good review)

Which one should I choose?

 

I may only OC a little but mostly not. 

Want to have solid Ethernet, good audio quality, enough IO and most importantly solid and stable build so future hardware upgrade will not be so difficult.

(Have experienced motherboard issue when I upgrade my GPU using my current mobo)
