Looking to build budget streaming computer

Poopsquid

Hello,

I am looking to build a streaming computer, however I'm on an extremely tight budget. I can spend up to $500, but if you can pull off a build closer to $400 I wouldn't complain. Luckily I won't be streaming too graphic intensive games(mainly just N64/Wii games via a capture card), so I might be able to get away without a graphics card, or at least an expensive one. Any tips would be much appreciated! Glad to help if you have anymore questions
