Addind dual channel RAMs next to dual channel RAMs

Should work overall, allthough RAM can do odd stuff. If possible get indentical kits for best compatability possible.

Hello. I have a FX8320, M5A97 R2.0, Corsair 2x4GB 1866MHz CL9 (CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9) setup (DIMMs are installed on 2nd and 4th slots ).

The question is: If I would buy any dual channel kit that which is 2x8GB 1866MHz CL9 or CL10, and install them on 1st and 3rd slots which makes the system 24 GBs of RAM, would they work together without problem? And of course would they run in dual channel mode?

They will work in dual channel and it will all run fine!
