Easy. Pick an mATX motherboard with z170 chipset, and pick a smaller case.

Well i know that but i would like so suggestions on parts that would best fit my build.

If you're only running a single graphics card, I'd skip matx all together and go itx. MAtx cases aren't that dramatically more compact than a standard tower.
