For some reason the iChill 1080 Graphics clock is set to 721 MHz??? When i try to raise them it says the changes were invalid and will not be applied.

It is just sitting at a 40°C - 44°C. Like the card is so bored out of its mind that none of the 4 fans it has on it are even moving. (They do work, when the pc booted up they worked for a while and then stopped, prolly to save energy since the card is not doing sh1t)

Funny thing is if you look at the picture, apperently the MAX mhz for the card is suppose to be 1442.

Before this card i had an old 9800gtx+ in it, but i did uninstall every single nvidia driver and installed the 1080 drivers.

Where does one find iChill GPUs. The only thing that came up on newegg was a sleep aid...

The company is called inno3D, and they are quite well known in eastern parts of the world.

Be sure to download OLDER drivers.  There's been some issues with the latest ones for the 10-series cards.

you think an nvidia latest driver is gonna fck up a card so bad that it will run on 744 mhz? Sounds a bit extreme for nvidia to release something like that.

Modern video cards will downclock when not doing anything. This saves power/noise/heat,

get MSI after burner, and you should see the clocks pick up again in game.

If this really bothers you, Nvidia Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings -> Power management mode -> Prefer Maximum performance

They underclock so hard that when i open Furmark and benchmark it on 1080p, Not 2k not 4k. 1080p and it will run the test with a smooth 14 fps?

Try uninstalling the drivers, clearing your CMOS, reseat the card, and download the drivers again.

So the older driver fixed the whole locked clock speed. But apparently when i set the thing on Factory shipped features it goes on 721, and the max it lets me make it is still 1442??? Even though these cards go over 2k...
