Budget Intel mobo and cpu

hello,   i am now thinking i  want go intel. so i would need a board and cpu.i have ddr3 1866 ram already so the board would need to fit that. I need to find the best performance mobo cpu combo that will fit ddr3. any ideas? budget is 300.

Good idea, i have a gtx 950 currently but i want to run 1060. will the 6500 work well with that?
