Resist the urge. LeEco is running out of money and may not be around to provide software updates or hardware support in the fairly near future. Go with the Honor 8 or Mi 5S instead.

That's completely different kind of running out of money. There's running out of money because noone wants to buy your stuff. And there's running out of money because you invested all of it in new businesses. LeEco is suffering the latter where they didn't plan out how much cash they'd need to get new business up and running and contributing back.
