Galaxy S7 camera for Youtube

Hi i wanna start a youtube channel after christmas when i eventually have my S7 edge but i was wondering if the camera on the S7 edge will be good for high quality video for the content i wanna make (not vlogs)

just an FYI the camera has a 10 minute timer on it when recording video regardless of which resolution you have set. 

 

I have the non-edge and i haven't found a way to disable at least without using a third party app
