Early CPU intialization

Hey guys just put my new rig together and I'm able to post into bios however when it comes to loading windows off my USB drive I load it up to the point where it asks for the langue and what not and then I get the debug error 34 (sometimes 40 now which isn't in my manual), which is early CPU initialization. I've already tried clearing cmos using 1 ram stick etc. Any ideas?? 

 

Specs:

i7-4790k stock heat sink for now 

msi gaming 5 z97

4x hyper x black (4x4) (2 reused from old build)

gtx 1070 

evga 650w g2 psu

kingston ssd 120g

wd blue 1tb hdd

fractal design r4

That is something I didn't check before I decided to call it a night. How would I go about that for reference for tomorrow morning?

Usually, you just go to your manu. website and download their latest updates to a USB.
