Polish middle end build

This is my first DIY build. As I have very limited budged, as I earn around 500 USD per month minus expenses of about 350 USD (reality of Polish paygrade). I look for best possible performance per dollar. Lets move on.

1. Budget & Location

As mentioned earlier, its Poland. Best price scored are from Amazon.de and x-kom.pl and morele.net. The budget thou is rather liquid. The more expensive is will be the later I will buy it. But for sake of numbers, my totally highest and unquestionable limit is 1000 USD.

2. Aim

My aim is rather just. I need a PC to play games while recording it and twiching it at the same time. Most of those titles would be on level of space engineers or cities skylines, but capability to play AAA titles on 1080p is desired. I am used to play games at 20-30 fps, but would love to have 40 fps standard. After all of this, processing videos and uploading them is one of the major goals.

3. Monitors

At first, 1080p single monitor. But I want to upgrade with a second monitor within a year or two. When money will come. I must buy it, and add to the cost, as I used laptops since 2010 and only monitor I have I some strange 23"ish plasma.

4. Peripherals

I have "a" mouse not "the" mouse. And a keyboard for 5-10 bucks. I would kill for a backlit keyboard and a mouse with diodes? That would be a dream come true. Windows would be a costly necessity, but I got used to Ubuntu,... desperately trying to save some cash. And I don't own any case*, but have decent woodworking skills and considering to build it into desk or on a wall mount.

5. Why am I upgrading.

I am using old laptop. I mean few keys not working, crashing after opening 10th card on chrome... I mean 5 years old I3 with gforce 310m.

6. What was my first plan:

I5 6600k
Z 170A (msi pro)
Gtx 1050 Ti
Kingston hyperX Fury, DDR4 8gb

And maybe:

Cooler Master Gemini m4 or be quiet! Shadow rock lp
Evga supernova 750w bronze+
Some Kingstone m.2 100gb ssd
If to buy case I consider Be quiet! Silent case 600, as its made in Germany so it's cheaper in eu than us.

Cm storm devastator mouse and keyboard bundle.

7. Give aways.

For 3 months I participate in any possible giveaway with any pc parts... And no luck.
