Cheap flipback camcorder

Hi, I need a new camcorder, all I need it to do is be one of those vertical ones, and for it to have a SD card slot. I don't care how bad the resolution is, I just need it to be under $20-30

Please don't recommend a Vivitar, those are horrible, I have a old one right now (DVR 410) It rarely reads the SD card, wont let me take pictures sometimes, its a mess, I'm not sure if its because its old, but still.

 

TL:DR, I need a flipback vertical camcorder under 30; resolution doesn't matter, no vivitar please.
